Body-Mind-Spirit Expo in Copenhagen January 30 – February 1, 2026

Once we have agreed that you will attend the fair, please fill out this registration form, as the information below is used in the catalogue and by invoicing.

Please read the terms and conditions regarding stand rental before completing the form, as with the submission of your data, you confirm acceptance of the applicable terms.

If you wish to hold a lecture or mini-course at the fair, you must complete the speaker application form.

I wish to order a build-up stand

Including stand walls and power: DKK 1,806.25 per m² incl. VAT

I wish to order a table stand

Including a 80 x 180 cm table and 2 chairs: DKK 3,593.75 incl. VAT. Power is not included at table stands but can be ordered separately.
220v/920 watt power plug for table stand (DKK 875 incl. VAT)

Billing information

According to the Danish tax legislation, we have to charge VAT from all our exhibitors, foreign exhibitors included. VAT may perhaps be refunded by contacting your own country's tax office. At payment from foreign country account we charge a fee of DKK 100 per. invoice

Lecture / workshop

To be considered, you must complete the lecture form. Based on the descriptions received, we decide which lectures / mini-courses come on the program, as we try to meet the exhibitors' wishes, but also prioritizes versatility and renewal.

Advertising

You have the opportunity to show the guests that you attend the event by participating in our joint advertising in the newspaper and gaining extra visibility to the guests with an ad in the catalog.

Consent for the use of photos and video

If we have your consent, we will give your name and stand number to the photographer we use at the fair, and he/she can then choose to photograph/film what happens at your stand. We cannot promise that photos will be taken, it depends on what 'catches the photographer's eye' at the fair. Our use of the Photos will always be in a context to inform about/marketing of Krop-Sind-Ånd Messerne or Mystikkens Univers. Your photos/video can e.g. be used: On the website of Krop-Sind-Ånd Messerne (daninfo.dk). On related websites (e.g. Place2Book.dk, our ticket system). In printed materials/advertising. In press releases about a fair. On Facebook and Instagram
I hereby consent to Krop-Sind-Ånd Messerne using my photos/video
You can withdraw your consent at any time, but not for already printed material. Inquiries to this effect must be made in writing to messer@daninfo.dk.
